如何判断压缩机气阀是否正常？

压缩机气阀是压缩机中一个很重要的组件，也是一个易损件，随着运行时间的增加，随时有可能失效，那么如何在压缩机运行过程中，及时发现气阀的故障呢？其实气阀失效后，压缩机在这三个方面有非常明显的变化，他们分别是：温度、压力、排气量

分析如下：

1、如果进气阀关闭不严，则当气缸内气体被压缩时，缸内气体会漏向吸气管道，这样吸气温度上升，压力升高，同时由于部分气体回流导致流量下降

2、如果排气阀关闭不严，则当气缸内停止排气后开始吸气时，排气管道内的部分高压气体会回流到气缸内，导致排气压力下降，同时这些回流气体未冷却，温度很高，从而使排气温度上升。流量自然明显下降

通过以上分析，我们检查气阀是否正常就很简单了，只需要三步：

1、看流量：当压缩机流量有下降时，有可能是气阀失效造成的

2、看压力：当气缸的进口压力升高，而排气压力下降，预示着气阀有可能出现故障

3、测温度：这是最关键的一步，花几十元买一把测温枪，测气阀阀盖，如果温度升高，则这个气阀应该有问题了
