2、空压站系统各设备与墙之间要留有足够的余地，建议起码要留1米，以方便日后维修

3、注意机房地面干净清洁，确保空压机周围没有杂物堆积，机房内禁止堆放易燃易爆物品，而且要配备灭火器等设施，使机房有一定的安全保障性。若空压机工作环境比较差，灰尘多，须加装前置过滤器，以保证空压机系统零件的使用寿命

4、空压站系统中，熔喷布生产用空压机，储气罐，冷冻干燥机三种设备只需要摆放在平整的地面上即可，无需基座和底座，过滤器则挂在管道上即可

5、按照《压缩空气站设计规范》中的要求，压缩空气站设备之间的采暖温度不宜低于15℃，非工作时间设备间的温度不低于5℃。当空压机吸气口或机组冷却风吸风口设于室内时，其室内环境温度不应大于40℃

6、储气罐进出口，按照低口进，高口出的方式接

7、压力管道禁止磕碰，禁止在带电带压情况下进行拆装
