1、水环式真空泵向外排出空气使室内气压下降，室内空气变稀薄，真空泵的特点形成一个负压区，空气由于气压差补偿流入室内，在厂房实际应用中，水环式真空泵集中安装于厂房一侧，进气口于厂房房另外一侧，空气由进气口到水环式真空泵形成对流吹风

2、在这个过程中，靠近水环式真空泵附近的门窗保持关闭，强迫空气由进气口一侧门窗补偿流入车间，空气排着队、有秩序的由进气口流入车间，从车间流过，由它排出车间

3、换气彻底、高效，换气率一般可高达99％，通过具体的工程设计、根据需要设计换气速度和风速，任何高热、有害气体、粉尘烟雾均能迅速排出车间，大多数通风不良问题均能一次性解决，从开启站的几秒钟内水环式真空泵即可达到通风
