一、确保关键设备安全运行

要求催化剂须按一定比例注入水环式真空泵，而且停注时间不能超过15rain。否则将会使熔体粘度降低，产品质量降等。为保障水环式真空泵的平稳运行，须采取一些保障措施

二、定期更换润滑油及磨损件

水环式真空泵的内部主要运动件有蜗杆、蜗轮、滑块、定新活塞等。这些部件的磨损将直接导致水环式真空泵流量降低或根本不上量，目前解决的办法就是定期更换润滑油、磨损件及定期清洗液压腔

三、严格操作规程

水环式真空泵的启动和停车都应严格按照使用要求进行操作。在启动时，零输出开泵，待水环式真空泵出口有一定压力时方可对稳压盘充氮气。避免因充氮气造成隔膜变形较大，防止隔膜破裂；提高泵输出时，要缓慢进行；停泵时，也应缓慢降低水环式真空泵的输出

四、加强水环式真空泵的维护

运行期间，要对水环式真空泵定期巡检，特别是检查润滑油油位、机泵声音、出口压力、氮气缓冲罐压力等。定期对水环式真空泵泵体隔膜、氮气缓冲罐隔膜进行更换，以有效地防止两台水环式真空泵同时损坏造成催化剂停注事故的发生
