真空泵的结构是连杆通过轴承与偏心压装在一起，偏心轮锁紧在电机轴上，由于转轴的旋转，带动连杆往复运动，从而实现空气的的吸入、压缩和排出过程

（1）水环式真空泵的密封面上出现污垢和杂物等，并且将原本密封的平面堵住隔开，使阀芯和阀座之间出现缝隙.导致阀门的渗漏现象

建议措施：通常是清理密封面上的污垢杂物，一旦有渗漏现象就要整体检修

（2）水环式真空泵密封面的破损。原因较多，如：一方面是密封用的材料不合格。另一方面是由于安全阀在使用多年之后，极易由于不断地开关磨合检修等原因而造成密封面的强度被削弱，进而导致密封的能力被削弱

建议措施：把原本的密封面削平，并且根据原先的图纸进行二次加工焊接，增强表面的硬度和强度，要注意表面上的损伤，一定不要马虎
