1、水环式真空泵真空系统工艺过程中产生的气体

水环式真空泵抽取的气体中，除了有工作过程产生的各种气体，还包括系统中原有的空气和大气中渗透进来的气体，这些气体都能够通过水环式真空泵工作进行排出，从而提高工作效率
