我们平时使用真空泵的过程中，经常会遇到各种问题，那我们应该如何判断和处理呢？
一、真空度不高
(1)密封圈漏气。解决方案：检查所有密封部位的密封情况，更换破损的密封圈；
(2)气镇阀垫圈损坏或未拧紧。解决方案：更换垫圈并拧紧气镇阀；
(3)排气阀片损坏，密封不好。解决方案：更换气阀片；
(4)真空泵中隔板压入时过盈量太大，造成真空泵腔变形而漏气。解决方案：修整真空泵腔或更换。
(5)由于真空泵的端面油密封不良造成漏气。解决方案：拆开端盖，检查是否有杂物或不平整，并进行清洗或修理。
(6)转字弹簧变形或折断及旋片动作不灵。解决方案：整修或更换弹簧变形，使转子积旋片配合良好；
(7) 进气口的过滤网被堵塞。解决方案：取下过滤网清洗干净，再装上去。
(8)因加工不良或磨损造成配合间隙过大。解决方案：检查真空泵腔、转子、旋片、端盖板之间的配合间隙，投规定的精度要求进行修复或更换。
(9)真空泵运转中摩擦发热。温升太高，使真空泵油变稀，密封性变差。解决方案：通冷却水或用电风扇降温，同时，检查有关部件配合间隙并按规定精度要求进行修理或更换。
二、真空泵温度太高
(1)被抽气体温度过高。解决方案：应让气体冷却后再进入真空泵内。
(2)吸入硬物导致真空泵体磨损。解决方案：应拆开真空泵除去硬物，对划伤部件进行修复或更换。
(3)真空泵冷却水流量不够。解决方案：应加大冷却水流量。
(4)装配不当，使转子轴心位移，造成单面磨损。解决方案：拆开检查并重新装配。
