在水环式真空泵的使用中因为不正确的操作方式，或者是使用中没有注意使用的各个方面，导致水环式真空泵出现一些使用问题这都是比较正常的，但是有时一个故障的出现不仅仅是因为一方面的原因导致的，这就需要我们进行有效的排查，将其中所有的故障及时的解决

一、真空泵度不够出现这样故障可能原因是因为电机供电不足导致转速不够，供水量不足；叶轮与分配板之间的间隙过大；机械密封破损导致漏水漏气；叶轮磨损过多；循环水排不出

排除方法：检查供电电压是否在电机额定的电压范围内；加大供水量；调小叶轮与分配板的间隙；更换机械密封；更换叶轮；检查出水口的管路

二、启动不了或者启动了噪音大可能原因是电机供电电压不足；电机缺相运行；泵长时间没用导致锈蚀；泵内吸入杂物；叶轮拖分配板

排除方法：检查供电电压是否过低；检查电机接线是否都牢靠；如果泵长时间没用导致锈蚀的可以加点除锈剂或者打开泵盖人为去除锈迹；打开泵盖去除杂物；调节叶轮与分配板的距离

三、电机过热可能原因是供水量过大导致电机超载；电机缺相；排气孔堵塞；叶轮拖动其他部件

排除方法：减少供水量至正常范围；检查接线是否牢固；检查排气口；打开泵盖调节叶轮与其他部件的间隙

四、流量不足可能原因是管路漏气漏液；阻力损失增加

排除方法：检查连接处机械密封；检查管路及止回阀等有无故障
