真空泵的使用注意事项：

真空泵是真空包装机的重要配件，许多的真空包装质量问题都与真空泵有关。

　　1、真空泵油应明晰亮光，不能呈现污浊和起泡沫等，查看真空泵油如停止时沉淀有乳白色物质，就说明有外来物质进入真空泵油，需更换新的真空泵油。

　　2、每星期查看一次油位和油的色彩状况，假如油位低于小符号，要添加油以后再运用，假如油位超过了大符号，阐明有外部物质进入，查看油质，依据状况放掉部分油，或悉数更换新真空泵油，必要时要做更换气阀处理。

　　3、环境粉尘多的，每月用压缩空气进行清洁排气过滤器，干净后再运用。每年要更换一次排气过滤器。

　　4、每隔半年需求清洁一次真空泵内的尘垢和灰尘，对电扇轮、通风格栅、冷却翅片以及电扇引擎罩进行清洁，用压缩空气清洁。

　　5、关于真空泵油及时进行更换，每月都要进行一次对排气过滤器与进气过滤器进行的查看。

　　6.检修真空泵后，特别是电线重接后，一定要检查真空泵正反转，否则不仅会影响效果还容易损坏真空泵零件。
