真空泵的散热冷却技巧

真空泵进行能量转换时，总是有一小部分损耗转变成热量，它必须通过电机外壳和周围介质不断将热量散发出去，这个散发热量的过程，称为冷却。而且真空泵工作时会产生一定的热量，这些热量如果得不到及时散热的话，时间一长就会对真空泵内部零件造成影响，甚至损坏。这就会影响到真空泵的正常工作，甚至会损坏真空泵。

真空泵是否不能存在大量油污。的确，真空泵在很多行业都得到广泛的应用。特别是当气镇油封机械排除可凝性蒸汽能力不够，或使用的溶剂能使泵油恶化而影响性能，或者是真空系统不允许油污染的时候更为明显。因此，真空泵不能存在大量油污。

关于真空泵的散热冷却方案有很多种的，根据机体不同部位的发热量来确定合适的散热方案。例如：真空泵工作压力高的时候，温度上升快，温度高，普通真空泵需要循环水进行冷却降温，从而保护风机不受损坏。

重点来了，真空泵的散热冷却技巧，主要有四大点：

一、空气冷却：

即是由间级或双级泵吸入的空气经压缩后，通过综合吸收及有相位差的组合消音器传送。

二、转子的内部冷却：

为了使真空泵在更高压差下工作，可采取更有效的冷却方法，即将转子用循环油冷却，在真空机组轴两端分别有油孔、油径轴头打入，经转子内壁再从另一端排出。

三、转子的油膜冷却：

这种冷却方法是在真空泵入口处连接一个输油管，用均匀滴下的冷却油带走转子的热量。

四、冷却：

真空泵由于输送和压缩气体而产生热量，这些热量必须从转子传至壳体而散发。
