去除进口真空泵中水垢的方法

很多客户在使用进口真空泵过程中会出现水垢，真空泵中的水垢成分很复杂，硬度也不一样。根据成分不同，可分为硅酸盐水垢、碳酸盐水垢及硫酸盐水垢。其中硅酸盐的水垢最硬，难以清除，碳酸盐的水垢较松，而硫酸盐水垢则介于两者之间。由于水垢成分复杂，客户的专业知识有限，不知道该如何处理。在此，莱诺科技分享一下去除进口真空泵中水垢的方法，目前处理水垢的方法主要有两种，即机械除垢法和化学除垢法

1、机械除垢法是一种对各种水垢都极为有效的方法，主要通过人工利用工具清除水垢，必须对整机进行拆卸，与纸机的有计划停机和泵的大修同时进行

2、化学除垢法是通过在真空泵内注入化学除垢剂，使之与泵内水垢进行化学反应而除垢的。这首先要对真空泵内水垢进行取样化验，根据水垢成分选择合适的除垢剂，还有很多厂家被迫使用稀酸煮沸15~60min进行除垢

由于结垢后的真空泵抽气速率下降，因此在一定程度上增加了生产成本，影响了生产的正常进行。因此，如何正确去除真空泵水垢，维护进口真空泵持续高效运行，是各使用厂家一项重要的事项
