在旋片真空泵中真空泵油不仅作为获得真空的介质，它对机械摩擦点也起到了润滑、冷却和密封的作用，作为旋片真空泵中不可缺少的一种物质，真空泵油的存在为真空泵带来很多的好处

旋片真空泵油的排油办法：

1、假如莱诺科技要把旋片真空泵箱体中的真空泵油全部排掉，能够拧下箱体下部的放油塞，将油排掉

2、真空泵油在外排油的状况下，液面间隔油箱顶板高度不要超越30毫米，以保证泵内各轴承的光滑和冷却，当千斤顶工作腔容积过大时，需另设付油箱，保证外排油后的液面最低高度不小于100毫米以免吸空

3、调速型真空泵初次运转500h后，应换油并清洗油箱和滤油器。用目测和化验的办法测试油质，当油质恶化时应及时，换油时必需同时清洗油箱和滤油器。假如油中有金属屑或水，应查找缘由并排出毛病

4、在液面降低的短时间内轴承靠附油和柱塞弹簧的溅油得以光滑，油箱虑油器和泵下滤油器系230目/寸铜丝网制成，滤油网应经常清洗以防梗塞，运用时油箱油液温度不应超越60℃，必要时采取恰当措施冷却
