高压鼓风机出现噪音和温度偏高的原因

引起高压鼓风机温度偏高的主要原因有以下几点:

(1)润滑质量不良。润滑的目的,是使动静部分不直接接触产生摩擦,而形成固体与液体之间的摩擦。如果润滑数量不足或质量不良,会使动静部分直接摩擦发热,或热量不能通过润滑带走,而使高压风机轴承温度升高

(2)滚动轴承装配质量不良。如内套与轴的紧力不够,外套与轴承座间隙过大或过小

(3)密封毛毡过紧而发热

(4)高压鼓风机轴承振动过大而承受冲击负载,严重影响润滑膜的稳定性

(5)高压鼓风机轴承冷却水量不足或中断,影响热量的带出,而使轴承温度升高

(6)高压鼓风机轴承质量不良。滑动轴承刮研质量不良,乌金接触不好或脱胎;滚动轴承滚动体面有裂纹、碎裂、剥落等,都会破油膜的稳定性与均匀性,面使轴承发热

高压鼓风机设备噪音一般出自的部位有:

1、风机旋转一般振动所产生的固体振动辐射噪音

2、风机上机壳、电机、轴承产生的固体振动噪音

3、进风口和出风口辐射的空气动力噪音(最主要噪音来源)

其中:气动噪音主要有旋转噪音和涡流噪音

3、用软管管道包扎

4、风机安装初采取隔音措施
