罗茨真空泵卡死的原因及应对方法

罗茨真空泵有时在启动或运转时突然出现卡死的现象，这时需要对其进行检修操作，避免给罗茨真空泵设备带来更严重的影响

那么导致罗茨真空泵设备卡死的原因是什么？

1、原因：罗茨真空泵温度太高

应对方法：

①被抽气体温度过高。应让气体冷却后再进入罗茨真空泵泵内

②吸入硬物使罗茨真空泵泵体磨损。应拆开设备除去硬物，对划伤部件进行修复或更换

③冷却水流不够。应加大冷却水流量

④装配不当，使转子轴心位移，造成单面磨损。应拆开罗茨真空泵检查并重新装配

2、原因：弹簧变形或断裂，使旋片受力不均匀而发出冲击声

应对方法：更换弹簧

3、原因：装配不当，造成单面磨损

应对方法：重新装配罗茨真空泵

4、原因：过滤网损坏，金属屑、玻璃屑等落入罗茨真空泵泵内，使运转发生障碍

应对方法：拆泵检查、清除碎屑，修复或更换磨损部件，并装好过滤网

5、原因：罗茨真空泵泵腔内污染严重，导致零件锈蚀

应对方法：将罗茨真空泵拆开请洗，去除锈斑，并换油

6、原因：泵油变成乳浊状。粘度增大

应对方法：更换新的罗茨真空泵泵油

7、原因：罗茨真空泵泵腔、轴和轴套配合过紧，紧成润滑不良

应对方法：重新装配并疏通和调节油路，加强润滑

8、原因：电机有故障而产生噪声

应对方法：检修电机或给轴承加上润滑黄油
