水环式真空泵的进口蝶阀开关失灵

水环式真空泵进口蝶阀开关失灵是比较复杂的一种故障，通常在出现真空度急剧下降时，就可以考虑是进口蝶阀开关失灵，先来了解一下开关失灵的原因：

①当一台水环式真空泵向另一台备用水环式真空泵切换时，会出现真空度急剧下降的现象，且不可恢复。这种情况很可能是水环式真空泵进口蝶阀关闭不严，并且根本无法动作，导致两台水环式真空泵窜气，真空度下降。出现进口蝶阀关闭不严这种故障的原因，在于蝶阀的电气控制开关反应不够灵敏，使蝶阀关闭不完全

②蝶阀容易发生的另一种故障是蝶阀打不开，这种情况一般是因为水环式真空泵使用蝶阀只在前后压差达30mbar时才能打开，所以只能在低真空时可以动作，可是在高真空时则动作不了。当这种故障出现时，调小关阀压力就可以正常使用

③还有蝶阀锈蚀也是蝶阀开关失灵的一个原因

当水环式真空泵出现蝶阀开关失灵现象，在找到故障原因之后，要及时进行修理，避免影响后续使用
