(一) Motor does not rotate

1、Not connected to the power supply - connected to the power supply

2、The motor does not work - check the motor wiring or replace the motor

3、The fan head is damaged - repair the fan or replace it

4、There is a foreign object stuck in the fan - remove the foreign object

(二) Increased noise

1、Bearing dry lubrication - add bearing grease

2、Bearing damage - replace the bearing

3、Impeller wear - replace impeller or pump head

4、Fasteners are loose or falling off - tighten fasteners

5、There is foreign matter in the fan - remove the foreign matter or replace the pump head

(三) Increased vibration

1、Bearing damage - replace the bearing

2、Impeller is unbalanced - remove foreign matter in the impeller or correct dynamic and static balance

3、Spindle deformation - replace the spindle or pump head

4、The working status enters the turbulent earthquake zone - adjust the working status to avoid the turbulent earthquake zone

5、The air inlet and outlet inlet filters are clogged - clean the filters

(四) temperature rise

1、The air inlet temperature is too high - reduce the air inlet temperature

2、Bearing dry lubrication - add bearing grease

3、The fan efficiency is reduced - clear the dust from the blade path or replace the pump head

4、Change of working status - adjust working status

5、Increased ambient temperature - increase ambient ventilation and heat dissipation

(五) pressure decrease

1、The pump head speed is reduced - the power supply voltage is low or the motor is faulty

2、Increased pipe network resistance—reduce pipe network resistance

3、Change of working status - adjust working status

4、Motor rotation reversed - motor rewired

(六) flow decreases

1、The inlet and outlet air filters are clogged - clean the filters

2、The pump head speed is reduced - the power supply voltage is low or the motor is faulty

3、Increased pipe network resistance—reduce pipe network resistance

4、Increase working status - adjust working status

5、Motor rotation reversed - motor rewired
